Quick Answer

Profit.co does not publish a clear price list. The body of its pricing page shows two plans, Essentials and Enterprise. The page description names other tiers with starting figures and no billing unit, and the page contradicts itself, so we quote none of those figures as a price. Plan structure and rates must be confirmed with Profit.co sales (checked November 2026).

  • Price: the Essentials rate is not stated on the page. Enterprise is custom. Profit.co offers 20% off for annual billing and a 30-day free trial.
  • SSO: the Enterprise plan lists SCIM and SSO. The FAQ on the same page says every plan includes "SSO and enterprise integrations". Ask which plan you need.
  • AI: Essentials includes 500 Athena (AI) credits per user per month, pooled across the account. Extra credit packs are sold on any plan, at a price on request.
  • Microsoft Teams: Profit.co has a Teams bot, a Teams tab where you can create objectives, and about 130 notification types. A Super User must switch on pending-action sync, and sync starts 24 hours after install.

Profit.co is an OKR and strategy platform with modules for strategy, performance, projects and engagement. Teams look for alternatives for four reasons that Profit.co's own pages and third-party review sites document: rates that are hard to find, AI credit packs that cost extra, an unclear line between plans for SSO, and user reports of a steep learning curve. Our Profit.co review covers the product itself.

Teamflect is one of the eight tools below. We apply the same checks to every tool, and we state Teamflect's limits next to its benefits: it requires Microsoft 365, and it has no payroll or leave tracking.

What Profit.co Costs and What Is Unclear

We read the Profit.co pricing page on 3 November 2026. This is what it says and what it leaves open.

  • The body shows Essentials and Enterprise. It gives no Essentials price.
  • The page description mentions "Launch free", "Foundation" and "Growth" tiers. The body does not show them. We treat the plan structure as unconfirmed.
  • Enterprise adds data residency, audit logs, a 99.9% SLA, unlimited reports and data, SCIM and SSO, dedicated infrastructure, executive business reviews and priority support.
  • Profit.co states no onboarding fee. Its FAQ says every plan includes guided onboarding. It lists 100+ integrations for all subscriptions.
  • Capterra lists no free version (a third-party statement).

The hidden-cost signals are four: AI credit packs priced on request, no public rate beyond the teaser figures, Enterprise by quote only, and unclear SSO gating. Together they mean you cannot build a budget from the website alone.

User reports point to effort more than to price. G2 shows 4.7 out of 5 from 505 reviews, and Capterra shows 4.8 out of 5 from 240 reviews (read November 2026). Recurring themes on both sites are a steep learning curve and training effort, an interface that some users call complex, limited customization, and reporting limits. G2 tags "inadequate reporting" on 7 reviews. Reviewers also mention limited Jira integration for KPI-type key results and Power BI setup effort. One Capterra reviewer, a General Manager writing in August 2024, found the cost higher than the alternatives that person evaluated. These are user reports, not tests. You can read them on the G2 page and the Capterra page.

"Not stated" means the vendor's pricing page does not say. "Not published" means the vendor asks you to book a demo or request a quote. Euro and dollar prices are shown as the vendor lists them and are not converted. All prices and plan limits were checked November 2026.

How to Choose a Profit.co Alternative

Start with the gap that made you look.

1. If the problem is price clarity

Teamflect, Perdoo, Mooncamp, Lattice and Betterworks publish per-user prices. Leapsome publishes two tiers and prices its modules in a calculator. WorkBoard publishes nothing, and Weekdone shows its price only in a headcount selector. Check minimums before you shortlist: Lattice requires $4,000 per year, and Mooncamp requires 5 users on Essential and Professional.

2. If the problem is SSO and security

Mooncamp lists Google and Microsoft SSO on all plans, with custom SAML as an add-on on Essential and Professional and SCIM on Enterprise only. Weekdone lists SSO as a "possibility". For Profit.co, ask sales in writing which plan includes SSO and SCIM, because the page gives two answers.

3. If the problem is where people work

Profit.co does have a Teams integration, so a Teams user is not forced to leave it. The question is depth. Teamflect runs inside Microsoft Teams and Outlook. Mooncamp lists Teams on all plans. Leapsome's Teams app sends notifications only. See our OKR software for enterprise organizations list if size and security drive your choice.

4. If the problem is learning curve

User reports on G2 and Capterra describe training effort for Profit.co. A narrower tool is easier to roll out, but it does less. Run the trial with the people who will update goals every week, and include the admin.

How We Evaluated Each Tool

We compared each tool on the same four points: the price the vendor publishes, fees outside the price list, minimums and trials, and fit by company type. We read each vendor's pricing page on 2 and 3 November 2026 and mark what we could not confirm. We used no demo accounts.

Top 8 Profit.co Alternatives and Competitors in 2026

Each entry names the Profit.co gap it addresses.

1. Teamflect

Profit.co has a Teams bot and tab, but its pending-action sync needs a Super User and starts 24 hours after install. Teamflect runs natively inside Microsoft Teams and Outlook, and its goals and OKR module is on every plan from Starter up. Read Teamflect vs Perdoo for how it compares with another OKR-first tool.

Teamflect has limits. It requires Microsoft 365, and it has no payroll or leave tracking. It is not a strategy-portfolio tool.

Best For

  • Organizations where employees work in Teams and Outlook all day
  • Teams that want to start free with up to 10 users

Not For

  • Companies without Microsoft 365
  • Teams that need payroll or leave tracking in the same tool

Hidden Cost to Check

The dedicated Customer Success Manager comes with Essential and Professional, and Starter has none. The vendor states no fee for implementation, support or training (checked November 2026).

Pricing

Starter is free for up to 10 users. Essential is $7 and Professional is $11 per user per month billed annually, or $9 and $14 billed monthly. Starter and Essential users can start a free 30-day trial of Professional. Professional adds 200+ HRIS integrations. Enterprise is custom (checked November 2026).

2. Perdoo

If your problem with Profit.co is a missing price, Perdoo publishes two tiers and a free plan. Premium is EUR 6.40 and Supreme is EUR 8 per user per month, and the free plan covers up to 5 users (checked November 2026). Our Perdoo vs Profit.co page sets the two side by side.

Best For

  • Small teams that want to test OKRs at no cost before they pay
  • Buyers who want a euro price list without a call

Not For

  • Teams that need a free plan above 5 users
  • Companies that want a native Microsoft Teams experience as the main interface

Hidden Cost to Check

Prices are in euros and are not converted here. We did not confirm which features sit in Premium and which in Supreme, so ask for the plan matrix before you count seats.

Pricing

Free up to 5 users. Premium EUR 6.40 and Supreme EUR 8 per user per month (checked November 2026).

3. Lattice

Lattice lists seat prices for each module, which Profit.co does not. Goals & OKRs is $8 per seat per month. Performance is $10, Engagement is $4 and the Foundations bundle is $13. Compensation (+$6) and Grow (+$4) are add-ons (checked November 2026).

Best For

  • Companies that can commit to an annual contract and want a published price list

Not For

  • Small teams, because of the $4,000 minimum
  • Buyers who need to pay in euros or by the month

Hidden Cost to Check

The minimum annual agreement is $4,000. Billing is annual only and in USD only. Add-ons raise the total (checked November 2026).

Pricing

Goals & OKRs $8, Performance $10, Engagement $4 and Foundations $13 per seat per month, billed annually.

4. Betterworks

Profit.co lists no onboarding fee, and Betterworks is the opposite case: it states its implementation cost as a separate line. Performance is $8 and Performance + Talent Intelligence is $9 per user per month (checked November 2026). See Betterworks alternatives if it fits poorly.

Best For

  • Organizations that plan an implementation project and budget for it

Not For

  • Teams that want to start without a project budget

Hidden Cost to Check

Implementation is billed separately as a one-time cost. The vendor's page does not give that amount, so request it before you compare totals (checked November 2026).

Pricing

Performance $8 and Performance + Talent Intelligence $9 per user per month. Enterprise is custom.

5. Mooncamp

Mooncamp answers the SSO question that Profit.co leaves open. Its pricing page (checked November 2026) lists Google and Microsoft SSO on all plans. Custom SAML is an add-on for Essential and Professional, at a price the page does not state, and SCIM is on Enterprise only. Slack, Teams, Jira, Excel and Google Sheets integrations are on all plans. Personalized onboarding is part of Professional and Enterprise. Data is hosted in Germany (Hetzner). The page does not mention an API. See the Mooncamp pricing page.

Best For

  • Teams that want published prices and SSO without an Enterprise contract
  • Buyers who need EU data hosting

Not For

  • Teams below 5 users
  • Buyers who need a free plan

Hidden Cost to Check

Custom SAML is an add-on with no stated price. Enterprise requires at least 100 users.

Pricing

Essential EUR 7 and Professional EUR 10 per user per month, billed annually. Enterprise is custom. There is a 14-day trial with no credit card and no free plan (checked November 2026).

6. Leapsome

Leapsome covers reviews, goals and surveys in one suite, so it suits teams that want more than OKRs. Its HRIS foundation is EUR 7 and Pro is EUR 10 per employee per month. Pro is shown at EUR 5 in a promotion that ends 31 December. Talent Suite modules are priced in an online calculator, and a 14-day free trial is offered (checked November 2026). Its Teams app sends notifications only. Read our Leapsome alternatives list for the other side.

Best For

  • Teams that want goals, reviews and surveys from one vendor

Not For

  • Buyers who need a fixed module price before a call
  • Teams that want to act inside Teams, beyond notifications

Hidden Cost to Check

The calculator sets the real price, and it changes with the modules you pick. The promotional EUR 5 ends 31 December.

Pricing

HRIS foundation EUR 7 and Pro EUR 10 per employee per month. Modules via calculator (checked November 2026).

7. WorkBoard

WorkBoard publishes no plans and no prices. The pricing page offers "Book a Demo" only. Its modules are Strategic Portfolio Management, OKR Management and Talent Management, and it lists AI agents. Quantive's pricing address redirects to workboard.com, and WorkBoard's footer says Quantive is a trademark of WorkBoard Inc.

Best For

  • Large organizations that run strategy portfolios and OKRs together and buy through sales

Not For

  • Buyers who want a price before they talk to anyone
  • Small teams

Hidden Cost to Check

Everything is quote-led, so the same price-clarity problem you have with Profit.co applies here, at larger scale.

Pricing

Not published (checked November 2026).

8. Weekdone

Weekdone is free for 1 to 3 users. Teams of 4 or more get a 14-day trial with no credit card. The page shows no per-user price: a headcount selector sets it, and the price falls as headcount grows. Annual billing saves 20%. Slack, Teams, Jira, Asana, Basecamp and Zapier integrations are listed with no tier limits. OKR coaching, onboarding and training are included in the subscription, and hosting is in the EU. Third-party sites quote a per-user figure that we could not verify, so we do not repeat it.

Best For

  • Small teams that want OKR coaching included
  • Teams that want a free start with 3 or fewer users

Not For

  • Buyers who need a firm SSO answer, because the page lists SSO only as a "possibility"

Hidden Cost to Check

The per-user price is visible only in the selector, so run it for your headcount and ask whether SSO costs extra.

Pricing

Free for 1 to 3 users. Price for 4 or more is shown in a headcount selector (checked November 2026).

Find the Right Profit.co Alternative for Your Team

Match the tool to the gap. For a free start, look at Teamflect (up to 10 users), Perdoo (up to 5) or Weekdone (up to 3). For SSO on every plan, check Mooncamp. For a published price list with a minimum, check Lattice. For a project-style rollout, check Betterworks. If you stay with Profit.co, ask sales for four answers in writing: the Essentials rate, the plan that includes SSO and SCIM, the price of Athena credit packs, and the onboarding scope.

Shortlist two or three tools and trial them on your real goal cycle. For the wider market, read the top OKR software list.
