Leapsome covers a lot: reviews, goals, surveys, learning, compensation and an HRIS foundation in one platform. Teams look for alternatives for four reasons that our Leapsome review and Leapsome's own pages document: module prices sit behind an online calculator, not a price list; the breadth means real setup work before the first review cycle; surveys cannot be edited after launch; and the Microsoft Teams app only sends notifications.
This list compares eight alternatives against those four points. For each one we say what it publishes about price, which fees sit outside the price list, and which kind of company it fits. Prices come from each vendor's own pricing page, read on 2 November 2026. Leapsome lists its HRIS foundation at €7 per employee per month (Pro at €10, shown at €5 in a promotion that ends 31 December) and prices Talent Suite modules in a calculator, with a 14-day free trial.
Leapsome Alternatives Compared
"Not published" means the vendor asks you to request a quote. Euro and dollar prices are shown as the vendor lists them, so they are not converted.

What to Look for in a Leapsome Alternative
Decide which Leapsome limitation you want to fix before you book demos. The right alternative differs for each one.
1. If the problem is price clarity
Leapsome publishes its HRIS foundation price but prices modules in a calculator. Lattice, 15Five, Teamflect, PerformYard and Betterworks publish seat or plan prices, so you can budget before a sales call. Check minimums, because Lattice has a $4,000 annual minimum.
2. If the problem is setup effort
Leapsome's breadth means configuring several modules, and our review describes that setup as a real cost for teams without dedicated HR capacity. Narrower tools such as PerformYard and Workleap cover less but take less time to launch.
3. If the problem is where people work
Leapsome's Teams app sends notifications, and its help page says you cannot send instant feedback or praise from Teams. Teamflect and Culture Amp document more in-Teams actions. See our Teams comparison for what each vendor states.
4. If you need an HRIS
Leapsome lists an HRIS foundation. If you want records and reviews in one system, BambooHR in this list covers both. If you already run an HRIS, a performance layer such as Teamflect or 15Five works alongside it.
How We Evaluated Each Tool
We compared each tool on the same four points: price published by the vendor, fees outside the price list, setup effort and fit by company size. We read each vendor's pricing page on 2 November 2026 and mark anything we could not confirm. We did not use demo accounts.
Top 8 Leapsome Alternatives and Competitors in 2026
Each entry opens with the Leapsome limitation it addresses.
1. Lattice
Leapsome prices its modules through a calculator. Lattice lists its seat prices on its pricing page, which makes budgeting easier. Performance is $10, Goals & OKRs is $8 and Engagement is $4 per seat per month, and the Foundations bundle is $13. Compensation (+$6) and Grow (+$4) are add-ons.
Check the $4,000 annual minimum and the annual only billing before you shortlist it. Lattice's pricing page no longer lists an HRIS or payroll product, and its Microsoft Teams app mainly sends notifications. See Lattice alternatives for the other side of this choice.

Its Teams app covers 1:1s only: you can add talking points and action items there, and everything else opens 15Five. 15Five sells no HRIS or payroll product, so it works next to your HR system.

3. Culture Amp
If survey depth is what you wanted from Leapsome, Culture Amp is built around surveys and benchmarking. It does not publish a price, and Culture Amp says cost depends on employees, product and service tier, with annual billing.
Its Teams app is one of the fuller ones we checked: users can give shoutouts, respond to and request feedback, and complete survey invitations and action tasks inside Teams. A Culture Amp admin has to connect Teams first, and Culture Amp states SAML single sign-on with Entra ID on all subscriptions. See Teamflect vs Culture Amp for a comparison.
Key Features
- Engagement surveys with benchmarking
- Performance reviews and 360-degree feedback
- Manager effectiveness assessments

4. Teamflect
Leapsome's Teams app sends notifications, and its help page says you cannot send instant feedback or praise from Teams. Teamflect is built as a Microsoft Teams app. Its integrations page says you can create tasks, Goals and OKRs, feedback or recognition from the Teams chat menu and add 1:1 talking points in Teams meetings. See Leapsome vs Teamflect for a full comparison.
Teamflect is not an HRIS, so it replaces Leapsome's performance and goals modules, not its HRIS foundation. It needs a Microsoft 365 environment to deliver its main benefit.

- Performance reviews and 360-degree feedback
- Engagement surveys

7. Betterworks
If goals are the center of your Leapsome use, Betterworks is built around OKRs and check-ins. Its pricing page lists Performance at $8 and Performance + Talent Intelligence at $9 per user per month, and says it adds the most value above 500 employees. Implementation is billed separately as a one time cost. See Betterworks alternatives if that fits poorly.

Pricing
Core is $10, Pro is $17 and Elite is $25 per user per month. Payroll, time tracking and benefits are modular add-ons.
Find the Right Leapsome Alternative for Your Team
Match the alternative to the limitation you want to fix. If you want published seat prices, start with Lattice or 15Five. If surveys matter most, look at Culture Amp. If your people work in Teams, test Teamflect. If you need an HRIS, compare BambooHR. Build a shortlist of two or three tools, and run demos on your own review cycle.
